Creative Arts Therapies faculty members Donna Kaiser, PhD and Yasmine Awais each published separate articles in the September issue of the Journal of the American Art Therapy Association. Kaiser, an associate clinical professor and Director of Art Therapy Graduate Programs, coauthored an article with Sarah Deaver called “Establishing a Research Agenda for Art Therapy: A Delphi Study,” about marshaling resources to address research gaps for the relatively young profession of art therapy. Yasmine Awais, Assistant Director of Art Therapy, wrote “A Call for Diversity: The Need to Recruit and Retain Ethnic Minority Students in Art Therapy” with Ann Marie Yali.
