I chose this major because...  I love math, statistics, and health sciences, so I chose Data Science. Also, since I transferred from Pharmacy, I decided on Data Science because I believe that data science is the bridge between my previous major and mathematics, and I can work in different industries with data science. My time at Drexel proved that it was right for me to switch majors since I have learned and accomplished much with my passion.

Favorite Course(s): CS 260 – Data Structures & Algorithms, DSCI 471 – Applied Deep Learning, and INFO 213 – Data Science Programming II

When you are in Philadelphia, I think you should... explore every restaurant in Chinatown.

Advice to new/incoming CCI students: If you choose Drexel, make sure you acknowledge that you and the people around you are continually growing day by day. This is a great environment because it makes you work hard every day. Everything happens very quickly, so please take the initiative to begin your study, stay focused, and ensure that your academic and social goals are well-defined. Don't be afraid to reach out to TAs and professors for help. They are accommodating and can offer fascinating insights; you will learn much more. But also, don't forget to take the time to develop other things about yourself. Develop a well-rounded personality. As you work to educate yourself, keep in mind the four elements of life: physical, spiritual, intellectual, and social. Spend time on each of these four dimensions every day.
