Olivia Ngo Wins Oral Presentation Prize for PhD Students at the 2nd Scottish Ultrasound Annual Scientific Meeting

Olivia Ngo, PhD Candidate in the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems and NIH NRSA Fellow, NSF IIE-GIRE Fellow, and GAANN Fellow (Advisors: P. Lewin and K. Spiller), won the Oral Presentation Prize for PhD Students at the 2nd Scottish Ultrasound Annual Scientific Meeting. The meeting was hosted by the Scottish Imaging Network: A Platform for Scientific Excellence (SINAPSE) Ultrasound topic group, at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland on February 28, 2020. Olivia was invited to give her presentation after having met with the meeting’s organizer, Dr. Helen Mulvana, senior lecturer at the University of Strathclyde, who works with therapeutic ultrasound contrast agents.
