Drexel Biomed was ranked #3 Most Popular Biomedical Engineering (BME) School by College Factual, an online database providing outcomes-focused college rankings. College Factual puts increased emphasis on outcomes such as graduation and retention rates, student loan default rates, and early-mid career earnings of graduates.

The “Most Popular” rankings are influenced by the overall number of students who graduate with a major in biomedical engineering. This metric is an indication the degree is in-demand, that the program is well-funded, and there is a large alumni network that can be tapped before and after graduation.

Drexel Biomed ranked higher in popularity than larger state schools along the east coast such as Rutgers, Boston, and Duke Universities.
