Modeled after County Health Rankings and leveraging CDC 500 Cities Data, these rankings dive deep into neighborhood differences across Philadelphia. This was a collaboration between Drexel Urban Health Collaborative and Philadelphia Department of Public Health, and supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
