Power Dynamics and Negotiations: Navigating Identity and Bias

The Transactional Law Honors Society, the Non-Traditional Law Student Association, and Bar Review will host a student-led session exploring how power dynamics shape negotiations, especially when attorneys represent or come from marginalized communities. Through a student-led discussion, we will examine bias, identity, credibility, client expectations, and strategies for navigating this space while maintaining professionalism and ethical integrity.
