Exhibition Dates: July 1 – July 26, 2024
Drexel University's Pearlstein Gallery is proud to present Healing from Within: Connecting Global Indigenous Wisdom and the Communitas, a transformative multi-media exhibition that aims to bridge the gap between indigenous healing traditions and contemporary society. Utilizing a rich array of artworks from a diverse group of indigenous artists, this student-led exhibition strives to create a healing space where visitors can engage with the power of imagination and community support in the process of personal and collective healing.
Healing from Within spotlights the intricate layers of trauma, migration, and loss, and illuminates the pathways to transformation, hope, and reconnection. Integral to this journey is the communal support that pairs with indigenous wisdom to generate a sense of renewal and inner healing.
