Deadline to Apply for Pennsylvania Absentee Ballot

For Pennsylvania voters, mail-in and absentee ballot applications for the November 3, 2020, general election must be received by your county election office by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. You can apply for an absentee or mail-in ballot online at
votespa.com.
For students, faculty and professional staff who will be physically absent from Philadelphia County on November 3, you can vote by requesting an absentee ballot and submitting it no later than a week before the general election.
