Per the request of Drexel University and Powelton Village Civic Association (PVCA), KSK Architects Planners Historians, Inc. completed a Neighborhood & Demographic Study which gives an in-depth look into homeownership and occupancy in the Powelton Village Neighborhood. The Study builds upon recommendations and potential developments from Drexel University’s 2012 Master Plan and from the 2011 Powelton Village “Directions” Neighborhood Plan”.
