Victoria is the Founder and Executive Director of Punto Labs, a consulting firm focused on helping change makers to promote inclusive and sustainable growth. Punto Labs brings data and frameworks to unlock new opportunities for women and people of color. At Punto Labs, Victoria’s work focuses on economic analyses, policy strategy and design, and data analytics and visualization. More recently, Victoria has embarked on a journey aimed at understanding and unlocking the growth opportunities that the energy transition can bring to regions and diverse communities.
Victoria is also the co-founder of Hacedoras. Hacedoras is an organization that champions the influential role of Latin American women in public policies and politics and provides women with cutting-edge training and professional networks to reach leadership positions in the public policy arena.
Previously, Victoria was a consultant for national and international organizations, such as the World Bank Group, focused on competitiveness analyses, impact evaluation and inclusive development. Victoria is also the former Cabinet Coordinator at the Undersecretariat of Productive Development Policies at the Ministry of Production of Argentina. She received an M.A. in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School, an M.A. in Economics from Universidad de San Andres (Argentina), and a B.A. in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
