Elizabeth Crawford, an associate at Kline & Spector, was part of a team who won a $10.1 million verdict in a medical malpractice case against the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Delay damages and post-judgment interest drove the award to $12.4 million, after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court refused to take up the hospital’s appeal.
