Class of 2009

Jacqueline Campbell was named partner at Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, a litigation practice focusing on the defense of commercial vehicles, construction accident and general casualty matters.

Nate Fox joined Offitt Kirman as a principal in the suburban Philadelphia office, handling real estate, land use, business and construction law.

Mike Lee was named by Billy Penn as one of 16 young attorneys who are shaping Philadelphia’s legal landscape. Additionally, the nonprofit legal aid organization he co-founded, Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equality, was awarded Pennsylvania Bar Foundation 2017 Louis J. Goffman Award. Mike also chaired campaign for incoming Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner

Danielle Travagline was elected judge in the Magisterial District in Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

Class of 2010

Melissa Dale was promoted to senior technology security production manager at AT&T.

Emily Foote sold the company she co-founded, Practice, with Professor Karl Okamoto, to Instructure, and will stay on as vice president of customer engagement.

Katie Jelen joined Warner Music Group in Nashville as creative manager.

Class of 2011

Rachel Fingles was elected for a seat on the Bensalem School Board.

Priscilla Jimenez, an associate at Kline & Specter, was included in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s list of 25 Millennials to Watch in Law.

Aristotel Moumas joined Victory Disability as an attorney.

Diana Silva was honored by The Legal Intelligencer as a “2017 Lawyer on the Fast Track.”

Joss Voss, currently an associate at Kleinbard LLC, argued motions and case management on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Class of 2012

Nicole Allen White, the director of government affairs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, was named a Rising Star Semi-Finalist for KYW Newsradio’s 2017 Women’s Achievement Award and appears on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list.

Matthew Borowski won an Afghan Army captain’s release from detention after a year, becoming the focus of two Esquire magazine articles about his client’s harrowing quest for asylum.

Elizabeth Crawford, an associate at Kline & Spector, was part of a team who won a $10.1 million verdict in a medical malpractice case against the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Delay damages and post-judgment interest drove the award to $12.4 million, after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court refused to take up the hospital’s appeal.

Jamie Gershkow, an associate at Stradley Ronon, was selected to join the leadership board for newly launched Philadelphia chapter of Women in Exchange-Traded Funds.

Class of 2013

Kiandra Bair, an associate at McNees Wallace & Nurick, was recognized by The Legal Intelligencer as a 2017 Distinguished Leader for her pro bono advocacy on behalf of a man whose 20-years-to-life sentence was commuted by President Obama in 2016.

Mauricio Cuellar joined Parker McCay P.A. in Mount Laurel, N.J. as an attorney.

Marissa Edwards joined Ballard Spahr as an associate.

Jordan Fischer, a founder of XPAN Law Group and a member of the adjunct faculty, was named to the 2017-2018 class of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Bar Leadership Institute. Appointed to the Board of Women Owned Law, a national group created to connect and advance women legal entrepreneurs in the law.

Eamon Gallagher, program director at ic@3401 a co-working incubation and acceleration space at University Science Center, was honored by Technical.ly/Philly for his leadership in the startup law community.

Edward Kang was selected, during the October 2017 Direct Appointment Board, for active duty service as an Air Force Judge Advocate General.

Jordan Howell joined the Philadelphia Office of Rawle & Henderson as an associate, focusing his practice on casualty & premises liability, construction, insurance coverage and product liability.

Rosa Parks joined School District of Philadelphia as foster care coordinator.

Todd W. Nothstein joined Philadelphia VIP as staff attorney.

Jennifer Wieroniey joined the American Trucking Associations as a tax attorney for the organization's National Accounting & Finance Council.

Megan Young joined Edison, McDowell & Hetherington in Houston, Texas as an associate.

Shana Weiner will clerk for the newly-elected Judge Zachary C. Shaffer in the First Judicial District of Philadelphia, Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division. Shana is also the founder of Dinah, a legal services nonprofit, and chairs the Fellowship Committee of the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society.

Karalynne Clark Parzych joined White & Williams’ Lehigh Valley office as an associate.

Fernando Rivera joined Console Mattiacci Law, an employee-side employment firm, as an associate.

Alison van Horn Beam joined the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance as chief of staff.

Class of 2015

Brittany Esser joined Lowenstein Sandler in New Jersey as a corporate associate. She was also honored by Technical.ly/Philly for her leadership in the startup law community

Adam Huber joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman and Goggin as an attorney.

Alisha Lubin joined Weir & Partners LLC as an associate.

Georgios Patsalosavvis joined Rawle & Henderson LLP as an associate where he will focus on casualty & premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and employment relations.

Elia Robertson, an associate at Kline & Specter, was co-counsel in a pelvic mesh case that yielded a record $57.1 million verdict against a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary.

Mariam Ahmed joined Healthcare Legal Solutions as a health care attorney in Washington, D.C.

Alyssa Bartholomew joined Adinolfi & Packman, family & law & divorce firm, as an associate attorney.

Jenna Farr joined Reed Smith as an associate.

Kevin Farrington joined Eckert Seamans as an associate.

Joseph Fluehr joined Semnoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC as associate.

Alexis Grose joined Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford as an associate who will defend clients involving the Federal Employers Liability Act, common carrier litigation, asbestos-related toxic torts, personal injury and other commercial claims.

Ernest Holtzheimer, an associate at Montgomery McCracken, was elected to the Young Lawyers Division Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association to serve a 3-year term. He was also appointed as a board member of the Spruce Foundation, which awards $5,000 grants to local, emerging nonprofits working to empower at-risk youth.

Benjamin McCready joined Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer LLP as an associate.

Lauren McCulloch joined Women Against Abuse as a staff attorney where she works with youth and young adults under age 24 on Protection from Abuse and Prevention of Sexual Violence and Intimidation matters.

Michael Ortiz joined Amazon as an area manager.
