The English Language Center at Drexel University offers fully accredited programs and services for adult English language learners who want to advance their academic, professional and personal success in a diverse, welcoming and supportive environment.
Since 1988, thousands of students from around the world have benefited from the Drexel English Language Center's exceptional programs. We offer the Intensive English Program for foundation to advanced students, as well as conditional admission programs for undergraduate and graduate students to benefit from additional English language support. We offer shorter cultural immersion programs, focused on American society and politics, health care in the United States and leadership.

Accreditation and Memberships
Commission on English Language Program Accreditation
The Intensive English Program and International Gateway Program at the Drexel English Language Center are accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) for the period August 2018 through August 2027 and agrees to uphold the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions. CEA is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency for English Language programs and institutions in the U.S.
