Employer Connections at Drexel

The strength of the Drexel Co-op program comes from our employer partners providing valuable opportunities for our students. When hosting co-ops, employers are not only recruiting motivated and enthusiastic employees; but they are serving as mentors, cultivating the next generation of talent within their field. Drexel students bring a fresh and innovative perspective to any company and many employers choose to hire these students after graduation. Participating in co-op allows our employer partners to actively engage in our dynamic model of experiential learning and have a voice in shaping the curriculum for the workforce of tomorrow.

But being an employer partner encompasses more than just co-op. In coordination with the Employer Relations team, the Steinbright Career Development Center offers employer partners a number of engaging ways to connect with current Drexel students and recent alumni. These include attending career fairs, hosting on-campus information sessions, holding online web chats, presenting at guest panel discussions, and sponsoring campus events.
