MCRC Event on the Legal Rights of Medical Cannabis Patients in Pennsylvania with Patrick K. Nightingale, Esq.
On April 18, 2023, the Medical Cannabis Research Center at Drexel University sponsored a presentation from Patrick K. Nightingale, Esq, who spoke on the current state of patient rights in Pennsylvania including constitutional issues, cannabis DUIs, employment rights, custody rights and other issues facing patients in Pennsylvania.
Nightingale is a criminal defense attorney practicing in state and federal courts in Southwestern Pennsylvania. He is the Director of the Pittsburgh chapter of NORML.
