WestPhest
May 9, 2017
WestPhest, the Film & Video program's annual student film festival, features over thirty of the very best student productions projected on the big screen in our URBN Annex Screening Room. Now in its 17th year, WestPhest exhibits films produced for courses in Intermediate Cinematography, Narrative, Experimental, Independent, Documentary, Production Workshop, Animation, and Micro-Budget. In addition, watch out for the new talent in the Best Freshman Film category. Judging and the selection of awards are determined by a faculty jury from the department of Cinema & Televisions department.
Though open to the public, to be admitted you need to purchase your ticket from the Department of Cinema & Television's main office in the lower level of University Crossings. For more information please contact festival coordinators John Avarese (jva23@drexel.edu) and Nick Natalicchio (njn27@drexel.edu).
