Education INC Screening

A screening of Education INC will take place on Wednesday, April 27th at 6:30pm.
This documentary depicts what happens when a local public school district is turned over to corporate education reformers - and how a community fights back. Following the documentary film, a Drexel University professor from the School of Education will moderate a talk on public schools in Philadelphia. The talk will feature State Rep James R. Roebuck, Education Committee, Democratic Chairmen, and Philadelphia Councilwoman, Helen Gym, councilwoman-at-large.
This event, free and open to the public, will take place in the URBN Annex Screening Room, 3401 Filbert Street.
