Ada is a founding partner of several design and property development corporations over the past
20 years, collaboratively working with architects and interior designers as well as other engineering and multi-disciplinary professionals. A practicing professional, with a high energy
personality, Ada has a passion for her industry with unique talents that combine a strong business sense and work ethic with award winning design skills. She has done work in the Eastern US region from NY to FL.
Ada instructs at
all levels for the interior design undergraduate program as well as the
graduate program including advising for thesis students. “My philosophy is to meld professional
practice and its principles into academic learning to achieve a better rounded,
“industry-aware” graduate who enters the workforce with not only creative
problem solving abilities, but with real world knowledge and business sense.”
Ada is an
Executive Board member of IDLCPA (Interior Designer’s Legislative Coalition of
PA), is a Drexel sponsor on Interior Design Day at the capitol in Harrisburg,
PA along with a selected group of students, and is an NCIDQ certificate holder. Awards include several first and second place
ASID awards for commercial projects as well as first place in GBCA’s (General
Builder’s and Contractor’s Association) Best Commercial Project. Ada is a past recipient of the Top 100 Women
by Business Philadelphia in their Women to Watch issue. Who’s Who inductions include Who’s Who Among
College Students, Who’s Who of American Women, Who’s Who of Executives, Who’s
Who in the World, Who’s Who in Collegiate Faculty, and Who’s Who in Academia.
She has taught in the Philadelphia public schools through Foundation for Architecture’s Architecture in Schools program and has performed pro-bono design consulting for the Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia.
