UHC Weekly Forum

Our Weekly Forum provides an informal opportunity for the UHC to come together and for faculty, students, staff, and others to discuss research questions, practice presentations, hold roundtable discussions or discuss works in progress. In getting together to discuss our work and projects, we encourage and promote consistent collaboration and team building within the UHC.

Amy Auchincloss, PhD, MPH will present on the Big Cities Health Inventory data, a data platform maintained in partnership with the Big Cities Health Coalition.

Josiah Kephart, PhD, MPH and Andrea Jaffee will present “Climate change and temperature-related mortality in Latin American cities" and Ana Lucía Peralta, MD, MSCI will present dissertation updates.

May 15, 2024, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Theresa Dirndorfer Anderson, PhD, Chief Data/AI Ethicist at Connecting Stones presents “Making Data Matter: Applying AI Technologies for Community Benefit.”

May 22, 2024, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Amber Palmer-McCabe, MPH will present “Green Stormwater Infrastructure and Neighborhood Health,” and Dr. Ana Germani of the University of São Paulo will present “Race.ID, antiracist approaches to healthcare professional training”

June 5, 2024, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The Urban Health Collaborative's Antiracism Committee will present their work.
