The Dana and David Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnerships: A unique urban extension center: Located at the corner of 35th and Spring Garden Streets in West Philadelphia, the Dornsife Center brings together Drexel students, faculty, and neighborhood residents like never before to pioneer real solutions to pressing urban challenges.

Hands-on Training: The Dornsife Center serves as a resource for sharing expertise and knowledge with members of the local community. Dedicated to education, problem solving, social entrepreneurship, and innovation, it offers a welcoming environment for local families – adults and children alike – as well as for members of the Drexel community.

Creating Knowledge Together: Working together with community members, we offer opportunities for neighborhood residents to collaborate on projects, classes and services.

Presence & Purpose

The Dornsife Center’s programs place Drexel’s resources and expertise within easy reach of local residents, helping them improve their lives and sustain a stronger neighborhood. Current programs range from a law clinic and computer lab to wellness programs and a community kitchen.
