Residential Living at Stiles Hall
Stiles Hall is available to all undergraduate (second year and beyond), graduate, and post-baccalaureate students. Conveniently located just minutes away from local shopping, restaurants, and performing arts venues in Center City, Philadelphia — Stiles Hall offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, based on availability. And at Stiles Hall, you don't need to worry about sharing a bedroom, as each resident enjoys the privacy of their own single bedroom. It's important to note that all housing applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; however, space is limited and it is recommended that students apply for housing as soon as they confirm their enrollment.

In particular, American Campus Communities (ACC) — one of the nation's largest developers of student housing communities — owns, manages, and operates three facilities available through Drexel's affiliated housing: Chestnut Square, The Summit, and University Crossings.
