Drexel University College of Medicine congratulates all of our recent graduates. The 2012 commencement ceremony was held May 18th at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. A total of 454 MD, PhD and various master's degrees students graduated in front of their proud family and friends.

The College also honored two notable individuals with honorary degrees. The keynote speaker, Jordan J. Cohen, MD, president emeritus of the Association of American Medical Colleges, received an Honorary Doctor of Science degree for his exemplary service to and innovation on behalf of medical education. Philanthropist Raymond G. Perelman also received an Honorary Doctor of Science degree in recognition of his spirit of philanthropy which has greatly benefited academic medicine.
