This software upgrade should not be user visible do to the High Availability (redundant) nature of the VPN server. For example, users should not be disconnected from their Anyconnect sessions.

Informational: There was a high-availability fail over event in the campus routing core that serves building networks (i.e. end users) that may have been briefly visible to some users between 1:17PM and 1:22PM, April 3, 2024. ** This event may or may not have been visible to end user traffic flows depending on what active-active node was carrying a traffic flow, or what type of traffic was involved. ** IT Data Center routing was not impacted.
