Internet Access for the Campus Network

Internet Access for the Campus Network was restored to regular operation for all locations on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at 9:00 AM. During the advertised time the campus network may experience multiple brief periods of isolation from the Internet while network service is transitioned between primary and secondary providers. Sharepoint 2010

A planned outage has been scheduled for Sharepoint at all locations from Wednesday, January 03, 2018 at 6:00 PM until Thursday, January 04, 2018 at 7:00 AM. Due to required maintenance on the storage system the SharePoint 2010 environment will be offline.

FileServer

Wednesday, January 3, 2018 - 5:00 PM

A planned outage has been scheduled for File Servers at all locations from Wednesday, January 03, 2018 at 5:00 PM until Thursday, January 04, 2018 at 6:00 AM. A major upgrade will be occurring to the storage subsystem supporting the FS1, FS2, FS3, FS4 and Moljnir file servers. During the upgrade these servers will be unavailable.

Administrative Systems was restored to regular operation for all locations on Wednesday, January 03, 2018 at 8:50 AM. Due to critical system maintenance, all Administrative systems including Banner, and Web Financials will be unavailable Wednesday 1/3/2018 from 6 am -8 am.

Bb Learn Outage

Extended Bb Learn Outage

Wednesday, December 20, 2017 - 2:00 PM

A planned outage has been scheduled for Learn9 at Drexel University from Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM until Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 12:00 PM. On December 20, 2017 at 2:00pm this Blackboard Learn system will be shutdown to begin the migration process to the cloud, Blackboard's Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. This outage is scheduled to last 7 days, at which point the system will once again be available to all users.
