The $150 medical premium discount will be credited via Drexel Payroll in one lump sum payment four to six weeks after qualifying. Complete your assessment by April 30, 2012, to be entered into a drawing for a $1,000 Visa gift card.* This discount will be offered annually but will be tied to different health and wellness incentives each year.
A Message from Victor Tringali
Director, University Wellness
Welcome to A Healthier U!
A Healthier U is a comprehensive, University-wide wellness program aimed at improving the physical, emotional and financial well-being of all students, faculty and staff.
A Healthier U offers the members of the Drexel community the opportunity to positively impact the lives of themselves and their families by leveraging the many quality services and resources available to achieve optimum health. A Healthier U integrates these resources to provide a broad, collaborative program designed to foster an environment that produces positive life changes.
With its primary focus on physical activity, healthy nutrition and smoking cessation, Healthier U will increasingly integrate healthy behaviors into our University culture to help healthy individuals stay healthy, and provide those with health risks the resources they need to reduce their chances of chronic illness or serious medical conditions in the future.
I encourage you to take advantage of the many health and fitness programs, behavioral health services, and financial resources A Healthier U has to offer and start on your path to a healthier body, mind, and spirit.
Drexel Human Resources also provides administrative support for all HR services and functions at Drexel University’s separate, not-for-profit subsidiary, Drexel University College of Medicine.
