DrexelOne is an online portal that gives you access to:

• Performance evaluations

My Drexel Benefits Portal

Drexel employees enroll in and manage their benefit deductions through the My Drexel Benefits portal, managed by our HR benefits administrator, Benefitexpress. To access My Drexel Benefits, log in to DrexelOne, select the Employees tab, and then select My Drexel Benefits under My Benefits heading.

Online Employee Performance Evaluations

Drexel professional staff employee evaluations are completed using online software for all annual and introductory period evaluations. For more information about professional staff employee evaluations, visit the Performance Management Process page.

Organizational Charts

This Org chart software displays real-time organizational charts. All employees have access to basic organization charts which display reporting relationships and each employee’s name, title, and department. Employees with Web*Salary access are able to see additional views with salary and span of control information. A User's Guide [PDF] is available to assist you with the software.
