Mariana Chilton, PhD, an associate professor of Health Management and Policy and director of the Center for Hunger-Free Communities, was quoted in a March 7 Philadelphia magazine "FooBooz" blog post about EAT Café, a collaboration with the Vetri Foundation to create pay-as-you-wish restaurants to help build community and combat food insecurity around the city.
