This National Public Health Week, join the Collective Resilience Fellows for a workshop on empathetic listening in collaboration with The Center for Hunger-Free Communities.

This workshop will help you deepen connections and build practical skills for meaningful relationships. In a world often overwhelmed by the noise of daily life, this event offers a sanctuary for individuals to share their thoughts and feelings openly, free from judgment. Facilitated by trained professionals from the Center for Hunger-Free Communities, “Listening From the Heart” promises a safe space where every voice is valued and every emotion is acknowledged. Join us as we cultivate deeper connections and strengthen our sense of community, one heartfelt conversation at a time.
