Housing Options for Pre-Juniors, Juniors and Seniors

The 2018/19 housing application for returning/transfer students for Drexel Residence Halls is closed.

Students who wish to cancel a 2018/19 active housing application may submit a request via As a courtesy, University Housing is waiving 2018/19 cancellation fees for students that submit a Request for Release Form [PDF] by Thursday, May 31, 2018.

As a reminder, Second Year (sophomore) students must choose one of the following housing options:

  • University-Affiliated Housing (operated by American Campus Communities), or
  • A Drexel fraternity or sorority house (invitation from the organization required)

NO cancellation FEES for Co-op & Study Abroad

University Housing does not charge cancellation fees due to study abroad, co-op, clinical or rotation opportunities more than 10 miles away from the University City campus.

FLEXIBLE lease agreements

University Housing contracts are available in 3, 6, 9 or 12 installments, billed monthly to the Drexel eBill.

Utilities, cable + laundry INCLUDED

All University Residence Hall contracts include utilities and cable. Laundry facilities are provided at no charge.

Payments via DREXEL eBILL

University Housing room charges are applied directly to the student's Drexel eBill, allowing for seamless application of scholarship or financial aid.
