5.1 The Senate shall biennially elect three Officers: a Chair, a Vice-Chair, and a Recording Secretary, from among the voting members of the newly formed Senate at the first regular meeting of the Senate, following the election of new Senators.

Senate Administrator

The Faculty Senate Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of the senate through a variety of functions, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, maintaining records and documentation, and supporting various Senate Committees. The administrator is essential to the university's shared governance.
