About the Online Learning Council
An array of dedicated educators, scholars, professional staff, and administrators, The Online Learning Council (OLC) collaborates to promote successful teaching and learning across modalities. The OLC supports all Drexel University faculty, graduate students, and professional staff to develop and strengthen their skills in online course design and online pedagogy. The OLC develops, demonstrates, and shares strategies that have a positive and lasting impact on the design, delivery, and outcomes of Drexel University’s online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced face-to-face courses.
The OLC provides a range of opportunities that support technology-enhanced teaching and learning, including professional development courses, quarterly workshops and events, online course reviews based on nationally recognized standards, and peer faculty consultations. The OLC shares its expertise through the work of the OLC Faculty Fellows, who design and staff its professional development offerings.
The OLC is open to all interested Drexel University Faculty, administrators, staff and graduate students. Details about upcoming professional development opportunities and initiatives are posted to the OLC website.
