Class of 2009

Lauren (Koster) Beaver is an associate with Fox Rothschild LLP in Princeton, N.J., where she focuses her practice on family law.

Daniel Levine is a trust, estate and tax associate at Astor Weiss Kaplan & Mandel in Center City Philadelphia. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.

Michelle Payne is an assistant defender with the Child Advocacy Unit of the Defender Association of Philadelphia.

Carlos Ramirez is senior trial counsel (prosecutor) for the 1st Cavalry Division in Fort Hood, Tex. He recently committed to an additional four years as a member of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General‘s Corps.

Lonn Selbst is vice president of Goldman Sachs Trust in Wilmington, Del.

Raheem Watson is principal and managing partner of Watson Duncan LLC in Center City Philadelphia, whose practice includes general litigation, bankruptcy, white collar crime and internal corporate investigations, complex commercial litigation, labor and employment and civil rights.

Class of 2010

Juan Baez is a staff attorney with the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania, where his clients include a woman who had been turned down three times for Social Security Disability benefits. Juan presented her case so effectively that the judge took the unusual step of granting her benefits on the spot.

Osayi Emokpaie Lasisi is the strategic/creative director at Mindshare Communications, Ltd in Lagos, Nigera.

Tabitha (Kennedy) Myers is an associate at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck in Phoenix, Ariz., where she focuses her practice on construction and civil litigation defense.

Eli Phillips was named “Teacher of the Year” at the Feik School of Pharmacy at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Tex., where he is assistant professor of pharmacy practice. He is also an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio and a clinical affiliate assistant professor for the University of Florida School of Pharmacy in Gainesville.

Jonathon Pron is a senior compliance analyst with Transunion, a credit reporting agency based in Crum Lynne, Pa.

Kevin Rowe, a closing specialist at Title Forward, and Kaitlyn Cahill (‘11) were married in September. She is a claims representative at ACE Group.

Class of 2011

Kaitlin (Weaver) Buffington is an associate at Saltz Matkov, PC in Wayne, Pa., where she specializes in the defense of transportation, premises liability and medical malpractice.

Jennifer Ellsworth-Aults is an associate at Doroshow Pasquale Krawitz & Bhaya in Wilmington, Del., where she focuses her practice on wills, powers of attorney, small business formation, real estate and domestic law.

Kyle Hause and Amanda Stewart were married in September. They are the founders of the Law Office of Stewart & Hause in Seattle, Wash.

Earthen Johnson, an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath, was named as a Pennsylvania Lawyer on the Fast Track. All of the other 38 attorneys chosen for this honor to received their J.D.s prior to 2010.

Elizabeth Kamens has been appointed an assistant district attorney with the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.

Ted Oswald signed a contract with Amazon imprint Thomas & Mercer, which will publish his novel, “Because We Are,” in 2014. Proceeds from the sale of the book support organizations that promote human rights in Haiti.

Scott Berger is an associate at Britt Hankins & Moughan in Center City Philadelphia, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation.

Jessica Farris is the policy and advocacy counsel at the ACLU of Southern Calif.

Nobumasa Hiroi is an associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in Menlo Park, Calif., where he focuses on intellectual property matters.

Johan Kian is an associate at Spector Gadon & Rosen, PC in Center City Philadelphia, where he handles civil litigation.

Nina Rosenbach is an associate at Litchfield Cavo LLP in Chicago, where she handles insurance defense and coverage, employment and executive and professional liability issues.

Alexandra Scanlon is an associate at Fox Rothschild in Blue Bell, Pa., where she handles a variety of litigation matters.

Josh Shantzer is pursuing an LL.M. at Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C.

Joanna Suder is a deputy attorney general in Delaware’s Civil Division.

Samira Sulemana is a solo practitioner in Center City Philadelphia, where she handles family law, immigration, medical malpractice, personal injury and criminal defense matters.

Margaret Wheltle is an associate at the Law Offices of M. Paula Ashen in Denver, Colo., where she practices family law.

Sadyhe` Bradley is an assistant city attorney with the Office of Camden City Attorney and she is a member of the board of the New Jersey Juvenile Conference Commission.

Mauricio Cuellar is an associate at Lauletta Birnbaum LLC, a business-smart boutique firm in Turnersville, N.J.

Jordan Fischer is an associate at Archer & Greiner PC in Haddonfield, N.J., where she is a member of the Estate and Trust Litigation Group. Prior to joining the firm, she completed a clerkship for Vice-President Koen Lenaerts of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, the Union’s highest court in matters of European Union law.

Eamon Gallagher is an associate at Weber Law LLC, based in Delran, N.J., focusing his practice on serving clients in the start-up world.

Melissa Green is an associate at Conrad O’Brien, where she represents executives and businesses involved in white collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations, as well as toxic tort cases.

Riley Jacoby is corporate counsel for real estate and investments at U.S. Realty Capital LLC in Conshohocken, Pa.
