In keeping with the "Shift" theme of this year's DesignPhiladelphia festival we’ve partnered with PlanPhilly, Code for Philly, and the Center for Architecture for an event called Mode Shift focusing on the impending power shift in city government and a look back at the last eight years of shifting policy priorities on built in Philadelphia. Panelists will touch on how technology has changed how the public engages with transportation and planning.
