At the ILLEST Lab we offer a wide variety of K-16 student engagement opportunities within a welcoming learning environment. This past year we hosted a makerspace after school program where West Philly students visited weekly and engaged with science, technology, engineering, arts/advocacy/access, and mathematics (STEAM) focused projects at ILLEST. Our team hosts high school students throughout the year for both short-term and long term internship opportunities. Our internships are student driven and based on their interests and available research at ILLEST.

Undergraduate students have the opportunity to engage with ILLEST research as co-ops, part-time positions, work study positions and STAR Research Assistantships.
