Winning Graphic Design

September 30, 2009 — Graphic design

Students in our Graphic Design program continue to impress, winning both national and international competitions. In this year's 39th Annual University and College Designers Association (UCDA) Design Competition, eight of our students took home print awards, including one silver award. The judges evaluated nearly 1,300 print pieces and awarded only 33 total wins in the student project category.

In another successful showing, Graphic Design students took home ten awards at the Graphic Design USA American Graphic Design Awards 2009. One of the largest design competitions in the country, Graphic Design USA received over 8,000 entries this year and only a few were recognized with an Awards Certificate of Excellence. Our student winners will be featured in the Graphic Design USA Design Annual Publication and on gdusa.com.
