Illustration and Childrenswear Designs in Exhibit

Project Imagine is an exhibition featuring the work of Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design Fashion Design students. Nexus Philadelphia will hold the exhibit at the Crane Arts Building (1400 N. American Street, between 2nd and 3rd streets, Philadelphia) from July 12 through July 23, 2007. Gallery hours are by appointment. A reception will be held Thursday, July 12, 2007 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Project Imagine will feature:

  • Portraits by David Gehosky, an alumnus of Westphal’s Photography program.
  • Designs by students in Marilyn Hefferen's childrenswear class.
  • The Charles R. Drew School's kindergarten Classes of 2006 and 2007, which will exhibit art work under the direction of Erlene Bass Nelson, Ed.D, NBCT.
  • Denise Fike, who will present childrenswear illustrations from her illustration class.
