    Today, we fondly remember and pay tribute to Emanuel Kelly, FAIA, a distinguished Philadelphia architect and founding partner of Kelly Maiello Architects, who passed away in January at the age of 80. He was not only a West Philadelphia native but also a graduate of Drexel University’s Part-time Evening Architecture Program. Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to architecture, education, leadership, and community advocacy, leaving an indelible mark on the city and our profession.

    In a culmination of innovation, dedication, and exemplary teamwork, Drexel University's Design & Merchandising Program emerged victorious in the 2024 NRF Foundation University Challenge, presented by Kohl's. Undergraduate students Allie Gress, Aly Chew, Krysta Mendoza, and Rajvi Dharamshi crafted a winning product assortment and end-to-end marketing campaign aimed at propelling growth in the Hispanic market.
