January 14, 2022
The Drexel Interiors Program has been listed in the top 16 Interior Design Schools Worth Applying To by Architectural Digest. As a publication distributed widely in the interior design and architectural profession, Architectural Digest notes, these “programs in interior design or interior architecture are sure to provide the sort of rigorous training and access to internship opportunities that will set a student up for success.”
In particular, AD cited how Drexel “blends design theory with real-world experience and rigorous professional preparation,” noting opportunities for experiential learning opportunities and sustainable practices. As part of this, Drexel’s co-op program provides students with valuable work experience and prepares them for jobs after graduation. Students have opportunities with top firms such as Gensler, HOK, Stantec, Ballinger, Meyer, HDR, and NORR among many others.
