Four Design & Merchandising Students Receive Fashion Scholarship Fund Awards

Four current students from Drexel Westphal’s Design & Merchandising (D&M) program were recognized as 2023 Fashion Scholarship Fund (FSF) Scholars. The Fashion Scholarship Fund is the foremost fashion-oriented education and workforce development nonprofit in the U.S. The FSF works directly with the country's most talented young students from diverse backgrounds and awards over $1 million each year in scholarships to help these students succeed in all sectors of the industry including design, merchandising, marketing analytics, and business strategy.
The FSF also provides scholars with a wide range of internship and career opportunities, mentorship, networking, professional development, and unprecedented access to the industry's most influential leaders and companies.

These recipients will attend the FSF Live 86th Annual Awards Gala on Monday, April 3, 2023 at The Glasshouse in NYC. This year’s event honors Anna Wintour, Chief Content Officer, Condé Nast and Global Editorial Director, Vogue and Emma Grede, Co-Founder and CEO, Good American; Founding Partner, Skims; Co-Founder of Safely; and Chairwoman of the Fifteen Percent Pledge. The Class of 2023 FSF Scholars and Virgil Abloh™ “Post-Modern” Scholars will be announced on January 5th in WWD - Women’s Wear Daily and on the FSF website.
