Sandra Parks joins the Performing Arts Department as an Assistant Teaching Professor of Dance. Parks holds her B.F.A. from New York University and her M.F.A. from Smith College, MA. Originally from Taiwan, Sandra has danced with Four Seasons Ballet and Wu-I Dance Company in Taipei and has toured nationally and internationally with the King And I. She has created commissioned work for Bosoma Dance Company in Boston, Cangelosi Dance Project and Of Moving Colors in Baton Rouge, LA. Sandra has presented her work at professional venues in Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Boston, Miami, Nashville, New Orleans, New York City as well as Beijing and Taipei.

Sandra is also the founder and director of an international leadership conference, titled Women in Dance. Before joining Drexel University, Sandra was a faculty member at Boston University, Louisiana State University, and Smith College.
