The Westphal College has received two new important higher education rankings. The Business of Fashion, a prestigious and widely-read global fashion trade publication, recently released its first ever ranking of Fashion programs; our Fashion Design program was ranked as #10 in the world and #3 in the U.S. Their comprehensive methodology showed us as # 1 in the Learning Experience we offer students, and #2 in Long-Term Value. The rankings received wide media coverage which had us in the pages of The New York Times and the U.K.’s Guardian. Earlier this month, College Factual published its university rankings in USA Today and named Westphal College as the #7 Design and Applied Arts college in the country, among schools that deliver the best design education and which graduate top-earning alumni.

Additionally, FASHION-SCHOOLS.ORG, an organization that annually disseminates information about education and careers in the American fashion industry, has again issued top rankings to our Fashion Design and Design & Merchandising programs; naming our Fashion program as #7 in the country and #5 on the East coast, and our D&M program as #14 in the country and #3 on the East coast. Also, the Graphic Design Program was again selected by GDUSA for “Highest Honors” as one of the top design schools in the country.
