Fashion Design Alumna Annina King ('05), a designer-in-residence at the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator at Macy's, will dress sportscaster and NBC personality Jill Martin for the annual Go Red for Women/The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection on Feb. 6, a joint effort by celebrities and designers to help raise awareness of heart disease, the number-one killer of women nationwide. Macy's is a sponsor of the American Heart Association Red Fashion Show during NY Fashion Week on Feb. 6th. They invited one Macy's designer from each of its Fashion Incubators to design a red dress that will be worn by a celebrity down the runway.
King was featured in a Feb. 5 Philadelphia Inquirer article by fashion reporter Elizabeth Wellington. Click here to read the article.
