Kuf Knotz and Late Night
January 14, 2011
Mad Dragon recording artist Kuf Knotz will perform a free show
organized by the Latenight Series and the Homecoming Tradition’s
Committee on Saturday, January 22nd. Kuf will play a set, supported by
Latenight Series artists D&M and W.C. Lindsay, in the lobby of
Nesbitt Hall. The concert starts at 5 PM and will run about 90
minutes. If you haven’t caught a Kuf Knotz live show, you’ll want to
see this very special performer and musician.
Kuf’s first solo album, Boombox Logic,
released in the fall of 2010 on MAD Dragon Records, features tracks
such as “Sunny Philadelphia,” likely to become another Philadelphia
anthem just like Kuf’s song “Unstoppable,” which was played at the
World Series and was proclaimed “The Phillies Official Song.” A native
Philadelphian, Kuf was discovered by legendary “Sound of Philadelphia”
producers Kenneth Gamble and Leon Huff, who signed him to Philadelphia
International Records. In 2010 Kuf signed as a solo artist with MAD
Dragon Records. Click here to hear tracks from Boombox Logic.
