New DNews
April 29, 2011
The next edition of DNews, the student produced television show that covers all things Drexel, will air tonight, Friday, April 29th at 8 PM on DUTV. This new edition is your chance to catch the important festivities that accompanied President Fry’s Inauguration as Drexel’s 14th President. Find out what the future holds for the University during Julie Fisher’s one on one interview with our new president.
Other stories feature Westphal’s own Paul Hirshorn, Architecture Professor, and Dr. Charles Morscheck, Visual Studies Professor, as they discuss the Main Building and its history with Producer Breanne O’Neal. Producer Alexandra Paulin interviews mural artist Max Mason, who has painted several murals for the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program. You’ll also be able to find out what Drexel students do and do not know about the City of Brotherly Love in Producer Ian Jabour’s segment “Yo Philly,” in which he quizzes students on their knowledge of Philadelphia.
Be sure to tune in to DUTV, Comcast channels 54 or 62 and Fios channel 37, to catch all of these stories and more. DUTV is part of the Paul F. Harron Studios and receives generous support from the Kal and Lucille Rudman Institute for Entertainment Industry Studies. Click here for more information on DNews and DUTV.
