Lisa Hayes presented a paper titled "A Green Approach to Design: Integration of Sustainable Textile Sourcing and Garment Design in Fashion Studio Coursework" at the 2009 International Textile and Apparel Association conference in Seattle, WA. Also at the conference, one of her sustainable designs titled "The Little Green Dress Project: Look One," was shown in a juried show for professional members in the "Target Market."
