John Avarese won praise in Variety for his musical scoring of the film My Dog Tulip. Click here to read the review. John also composed the music score, serving as sound designer and mixing the film The Fields starring Cloris Leachman and Tara Reid, and My Dog Tulip, an animated feature featuring the voices of Christopher Plummer, Isabella Rossellini and Lynn Redgrave. John also mixed and scored the documentaries Mrs. Goundo's Daughter and Fast Dreams.
