The latest episode of DNews, our award-winning student-produced monthly TV news magazine that airs on DUTV the Philadelphia metropolitan area on Comcast channels 54 or 62 and Verizon channel 47, will premier its latest episode on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 8PM. Hosted by Communications Graduate Student, Chantale Belefanti, and edited by members of this quarter’s DNews course offered by our TV Production & Management program. The episode includes a look at what impact, if any, the October 1st tragedy in Las Vegas could have on Second Amendment rights. Student producers and photojournalists also report on Drexel’s record freshman class; talk to the astounding Flamenco artist Belén Maya who spent a month on campus; introduce us to Drexel’s most adorable Dragon Card holders; and take us to a unique hands-on exhibit at the Natural Academy of the Sciences.
