Our College
The "creative heart" of Drexel University, the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts and Design offers eighteen undergraduate majors, twenty-six undergraduate minors, and several STEM-designated and accelerated degree options housed in award-winning facilities that encourage collaboration across creative disciplines in the fields of media, entertainment, design, and the visual and performing arts. Through experiential learning, studio-based curriculum, industry-leading faculty, and experiencing Drexel’s widely recognized Cooperative Education (Co-op) program, the Westphal prepares and empowers the next generation of creative professionals to contribute to, and lead in, the fast-growing $1.0 trillion creative economy.
For students seeking to continue their education, Drexel University's Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts and Design offers nine graduate degree programs, four graduate minor programs, and two certificate programs. Each graduate program, from post-baccalaureate to M.S. to PhD, is distinctive in content and is professionally oriented. Westphal graduate classes – whether on campus or online, synchronous or asynchronous – are comprised of a community of scholars, designers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who share the drive to create innovative solutions to solve the world’s challenges. Many Westphal graduate students can complete their degree in as little as 15 months.
