Innovative Research in Learning Games

The Drexel GLIDE Lab is a games research headquarters for Dr. Aroutis Foster, Assistant Professor of Learning Technologies, and his team of researchers, graphic designers and programmers. Dr. Foster teaches and conducts research on the theoretical and practical application of immersive digital environments for human cognition, behavior, and learning. His broad research interests focus on technology and learning through projective reflection. GLIDE Lab research aims to explore the learning process, motivation to learn, and identity change in students using immersive digital technologies to impact formal and informal learning.
