Recognition Forms

The recognition process is completely online via CollegiateLink, our online student organization management system. Please refer to the following link as you complete the recognition process: http://drexel.edu/oca/so/recognition.asp. Click here for a sample completed CollegiateLink Annual Recognition Application.

  • Change of Officer: This is now done electronically by the organization's president via CollegiateLink. The president (or any administrator of the organization's CollegiateLink site) can change any officer’s status in CollegiateLink – there is no longer a paper form for this process. Student leaders can change officer positions anytime by upgrading/downgrading their member’s status on the organization’s CollegiateLink page. Once the president completes the online recognition application and the organization is approved for the academic year, they will have the opportunity to list their new president/treasurer/officers/etc – other positions can also be added after the application has been approved.
