Stephani Peters is the Operations Manager for the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation, where she deploys her expertise of business administration, grants management, and non-profit development. Data systems and systems thinking is Stephani’s wheelhouse, and she is dedicated to finding ways to use databases and other technologies to streamline, innovate, and bring collaborators together effectively.  Stephani earned her Master of Public Policy Administration from Rutgers University, Camden where she primarily focused on community development strategies. Previously, she has worked with the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts as a data analyst.
